9 Home remedies for nightfall

Bottle gourd. Drink a glass of fresh gourd juice every night. Bottle gourd juice can not only treat nightfall, but also help treat potential side effects like insomnia and stress.

Fenugreek juice. Grind some fenugreek leaves or seeds and extract the juice. Add one cup of water to the juice. Add a few drops of honey for taste as well. Drink the juice before bed every night to curb nightfall effectively.

Almond milk. Drink a glass of warm almond milk at night before going to bed. It can relax the mind and body, and literally lull you to sleep. Almond milk also has other benefits that can help the body recover from the side effects of nocturnal emissions. It contains several minerals, vitamins and antioxidants that can enrich the body nutritiously and boost the immune system and energy level.

Drink Banana milk. Mash a few bananas and add them to a glass of warm milk. Drink this milk at bedtime (preferably 30 minutes beforehand) to curb nocturnal emissions when you sleep. You can also opt to eat some bananas at night before going to bed. Follow it with a glass of warm milk for added benefits. Follow this remedy every night for at least a month or so to get wholesome relief from nightfall and its side effects.

Massage with essential oils. Warm the oil a bit before massaging it onto the scalp and body. Massage gently for about 15 minutes or so for effective results.

Consume curd. Consume at least 4 cups of curd a day (one at each meal and another cup 30 minutes before bedtime). Opt for fresh, homemade, unsweetened curd instead of the sweetened varieties available in stores.

Eat garlic. Swallow a few cloves of raw garlic along with some water before hitting the bed each night. This would effectively prevent wet dreams, and effectively treat conditions like premature ejaculation and infertility that could also lead to wet dreams.

Consume pomegranate peel powder. Dry a handful of pomegranate peels under the sunlight for about 2-3 days. Then ground them nicely to form a coarse powder. Consume a tablespoon of this powder once in the morning and night continuously for a week.

Take bath in cold water. Taking cold water bath/shower at night (preferably 30 minutes before going to sleep) can relax the body and mind, and promote sound sleep, leaving no place for wet dreams. You can also opt to soak your feet in a tub of cold water for about 30 minutes every night before going to sleep. This would effectively curb nightfall and promote sound sleep.
